Return Policy
Return, refund, and order issue guidance for LVSHAN ritual products.
Return Eligibility
Because LVSHAN products are ritual objects and may include candles, fragrance materials, packaging, or personal-use items, returns are generally limited to unopened, unused products in their original condition and packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact support promptly with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate replacement, refund, or support step.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened, used, burned, altered, or personalized products may not be eligible for return. Digital, consultation, ritual-service, or custom service orders may be non-refundable once work has begun or the service has been delivered.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. Bank, card, PayPal, or Stripe processing times may vary after LVSHAN submits the refund.
How to Request Support
Please include your order number, email address, and a concise description of the issue. Return authorization may be required before sending any item back.
